A Warm Hello

There are many opportunities to get involved whether this is attending on a Sunday morning or joining in activities and groups throughout the week.

We have three services on a Sunday. The morning service at Strathmore Road takes place at 10.45 and includes band led worship, Sunday Club for children (from toddlers to 18 year olds) and is followed by tea and coffee. There is a space set up in the church for babies to play and they are welcome during the whole service. If parents would prefer we also stream the service into a quieter room. Once a month we offer Forest Church in place of Sunday Club. On Sunday evening we offer a service with piano or organ and traditional Methodist hymns. This takes place at 6pm.

Accessibility: There is wheelchair access and a sound loop for anyone who needs it. There are accessible toilets located next to the church space.

More information about services can be found by clicking on 'Sundays'.

We offer a variety of groups for children and young people. This includes Sunday Club during our morning service and a monthly Forest Church for children and young people. We also have opportunities for children during the week. We run Rock Solid group for 9-12 year olds, ID for 12-18 year old boys and Girls' Group for 9-13 year olds. In addition we run a fortnightly Youth Alpha group for young people aged 12-18. We run Sparks once a month for 5-10 year olds. During the lighter months we help run Community Football games in Highfield Estate and a Summer Holiday Club. More information about all these groups can be found by clicking on 'Children, Families and Youth'.

We have a range of groups and activities during the week. This includes a food waste market and Pay as you Feel Cafe on a Monday morning; a baby and toddler group (Little Gems); a thriving drama group (Spread); Open Doors (a daytime group for women seeking to grow in faith and fellowship); Men's Breakfast (a series of speakers and gatherings over breakfast for men); Ladies Club; a number of house groups; an Eco Church group and our 'Bridges' group who organise a range of activities throughout the year. For more information on all these groups please click on 'Groups'.

We are honoured to work with and support our friends from both Ukraine and Syria now living in the area. If you would like to join any of these meet-ups then please see our 'Partners' page.
