Trees

We know the benefits of seeing trees for our mental health.

We are pleased that we have been able to grow some seedlings as part of Forest Church and plant fruit trees on our grounds at Chopwell.

However, it is also important to manage trees, especially when they are close to buildings.

The ongoing maintenance of our premises is essential if we are to continue with our various activities and so our next project is already underway!

We have some ‘stray’ trees on the property which need to be attended to and preparations are in hand as sadly, we’re having to fell 5 trees. The work will be done in February and whilst disruption will be kept to a minimum, it will necessary to close off the top car park on Wednesday 19th /Thursday 20th /Friday 21st February. Please use the bottom car park or roadside for parking on those days if you’re visiting the premises. Thank you for bearing with us during this essential work.
